PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic useful for a healthy skin or the skin suffered from allergic dermatitis including atopic dermatitis. SOLUTION: A cosmetic which is useful for wide range of the skin covering an ordinary skin, allergic skin and atopic skin is obtained by constituting it so that it is composed of eucalyptus oil, cysteine, an antiinflammatory agent, a liquid property-contrlling agent, an emulsifier and purified water.
