摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the electrification property of an anionic electrodeposition film, and to provide a collecting method for scattered powder. SOLUTION: An anionic electrodeposition coating material, which is prepared by mixing an anionic electrodeposition coating material with at least one kind of an antistatic agent selected from an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a water-soluble polymer, an inorganic salt, a silicon compound, and metal powder for the prevention of electrification, is electrophoretically coated on an aluminium base. After electrophoretically coating the anionic electrodeposition coating material on the aluminium base to be baked, charged powder generated when the coated aluminium base is cut to be processed is collected by a static eliminator.
