ROTARY LETTING-OUT TOOL FOR BAR-SHAPED MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bar-shaped material from breaking owing to a shock by a slider which is transferable in the longitudinal direction and which can not be rotated against a front barrel. SOLUTION: The front part of a front barrel 1 is formed to gradually thin the diameter toward the opening 1a of the front end, and an oblique part 1b for guide is formed at the inner periphery distant from the opening 1a, and further, a pair of fitting protrusions 1c which are rotatable with the rear barrel 2 and easily attachable/detachable to and from it are formed at the external side of the rear part of the front barrel 1. The front barrel 1 is partly fitted to the rear barrel 2 by the fitting protrusion 1c and easily rotated against the latter and also easily attached/detached to/from it. An annular groove in which an O-ring can be fitted is formed at the rear position distant from the fitting protrusion 1c. An aperture 1e facilitating the assembling work is formed in the vicinity of the rear end distant from the annular groove. A guide rib preventing the rotation of a slider 4 by engaging with an engaging the split groove 4b of the receive part 4a of the slider 4 is formed in the longitudinal direction at the inside of the front part of the front barrel 1.
