摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of freedom of the material used for formation of a needle by not providing a section verging on the tip of a needle with an injection port of liquid when injecting the liquid into the tissue, etc., of a human body or animal or a suction port when sucking the tissue from the human body or animal but by providing the flank of the needle with the injection port or suction port described above. SOLUTION: The needle capable of injecting the liquid into the human body or animal or the inside of a plant or sucking the tissue from the human body or animal or the inside of the plant is formed by installing the injection port of the liquid to be injected into the celom or the inhalation port when sucking the tissue from the inside of the body not at the needle tip but in part of the flank of the needle. Namely, the needle tip is formed to a shape, for example, a conical shape, suitable for penetration of the needle through the skin and part of the flank of a cylindrical body near the tip of this cone is provided with an aperture communicating the internal cavity. The injection of the liquid or the suction of the tissue is executed from this aperture. As a result, the formation of the bioneedle needle is made possible by using the material with which the processing of the needle tip to the blade form is difficult.
