PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for charging pre-stressed concrete with electricity, especially capable of regenerating and repairing the deterioration of a neutralized pre-stressed concrete structure, a chloride ion-containing pre-stressed concrete structure or a pre-stressed concrete structure containing aggregates capable of causing an alkali aggregation reaction. SOLUTION: This method for charging pre-stressed concrete with electricity comprises disposing an anode on the surface of the concrete or in the inner portion of the concrete, and subsequently applying a voltage having a larger potential than a hydrogen-generating potential to a steel material set in the pre-stressed concrete as a cathode and to the disposed anode to allow a direct current to flow in the concrete. Therein, during the flow of the direct current, a period when the voltage is lower than the hydrogen-generating potential is once or more provided, and then the electric current-flowing treatment is subsequently started at a voltage hydrogen-generating potential.
