PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a thermally-sensitive decomposing part and the other constituting parts due to an external shock by insert-holding an annular elastic member between a part constituting the thermally sensitive decomposing part and the lower end of a frame in a structure where a deflector is held at the thermally-sensitive decomposing part engaged with the frame. SOLUTION: This flash-type sprinkler head does not affect a valve 2 and the valve seat of a nozzle 11 by making the valve 2 move upward when external shock is imposed and the thermally-sensitive decomposing part 5 is moved upward. The part 5 is formed of a cylinder 51, a low melting point alloy 52, a plunger 53, an upper holder 54, a lower holder 55, a plate spring 56, a coned disc spring 57, etc. The upper holder 54 can slide inside of an inner flange 32 and the lower holder 55 can slide on the inner wall of the flange 32. Then, an annular groove 63 is cut-formed at the upper part of the external edge of the lower holder 55 to insert-hold an annular elastic member 6 between the lower end of the frame 3 and the groove 63 of the lower holder 55.
