PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suck and deodorize odor at a feces receiving part by vacuum suction even in the stoppage of the suction from a feces receiving part suction port while eliminating clogging by a very simple operation without using a tool or the like even when the clogging with the feces or the like occurs. SOLUTION: A part for communication between a first pipe system 3 and a valve moving part 9 serves as first communication port 11, a part for communication between the valve moving part 9 and a third pipe system 8 as third communication port 12 and the first communication port 11 is tapered to let large feces be packed to stop. The degree of suction of the third pipe system 8 is adjustable depending on the position of a moving valve 10 and the feces clogging the first communication port 11 is broken into pieces by pushing to eliminate the clogging, so that the feces can be sent into the first pipe system 3. An operation rod 13 is inserted from outside the valve moving part 9 and a moving valve 10 is provided at the tip thereof. An operation pipe is placed in a case body of a toilet and a hand is inserted through a hand insertion port bored at a side part of the case body of the toilet to operate.
