PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict mandays required for installation of a curtain rail to an installation surface, and shield an electric drive control part to prevent deterioration of appearance. SOLUTION: In this curtain rail, a first rail part 11 for a hand-operated curtain in which an opening 11a is formed in a long axis direction to let curtain runners to be movable, and a second rail part 12 for an electric curtain in which an opening 12a is formed in a long axis direction to let curtain runners 4 to be movable are integrally formed to Iet directions of axes of both coincide with each other in such a way that an upper end part 11c of the first rail part 11 is lower than an upper end part 12c of the second rail part 12. On the upper end part 11c of the first rail part 11, an electric drive control part 3 to move the curtain runners 4 of the second rail part 12 is disposed, and in the condition where an installation part 12b is installed on a ceiling surface T2, the electric drive control part 3 is shielded between the second rail part 12 and a wall surface T1.
