PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a facing material in a vehicular seat engaged with a fitting member fitted to the peripheral end of the facing material preventing abnormal sound and squeak sound in its engagement region. SOLUTION: A fitting member 10 sewn to the peripheral end of a facing material 30 has a hook piece 12 extended from one end of a flat plate-like fastening piece 11 and a catching part 14 provided with a buffer layer 13 having flexibility is formed on the inner wall surface of the hook piece 12. The fastening piece 11 is sewn on the peripheral end of the facing material 30, and the hook piece 12 is engaged with a locking part 31 provided on the back side of the pad material through the buffer layer 13.
