PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a toothbrush which is light in weight, given elasticity and provided with antibacterial characteristic by constituting the toothbrush of titanium, making an old brush part detachable and making the part exchangeable with another new brush part according to a brushing purpose. SOLUTION: The toothbrush is provided with a handle 1 and the brush part 2, which is provided at the tip of the handle 1 and constituted by fitting a seat where plural brushes 4 are implanted into a fitting recess part 3. The seat where the brushes 4 are implanted is made of resin and a part except it is formed of titanium material. The handle 1 forms a grip part 5 folded back at a base part and since titanium material is uses as material, it is light and the part 5 is deflectable. The part 2 is provided at the tip of the handle 1 and the seat fitted in the part 3 is exchangeably connect-structured to detach the old brush 4 to fix the new brush 4 or to fix the brush 4 according to the purpose of brushing tooth.
