PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for the scattering of dust-granule enabling efficient scattering of the granule reducing the load on the worker and provide dust-granule to be used in the above scattering process. SOLUTION: A number of granules 2 floating on the water surface over a prescribed period and sinking in water by the impregnation of water into the granule are floated on water and diffused and moved with wind blow. The granule 2 has a main component part having high hydrophilicity at the core and a coating layer coating the core part and having hydrophilicity smaller than that of the core part. The coating layer has one or more channels penetrating the layer from its surface to the core part.
