PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dog's dropping-treating vessel good in portability and capable of recovering dog's droppings by 'receiving' and 'picking up' by one hand in the dog's dropping-treating vessel using a plastic bag. SOLUTION: In this device for treating dog's droppings, a handle 6 is installed on the upper end of an arm frame 2 of a crane bucket-shaped dog's dropping- treating vessel. The handle 6 is brought to be rotatable toward the upper range of the vessel 1 in carrying the device and the outer range of the vessel 1 in recovering by 'receiving' and a click function for semifixing the handle 6 on the inside and the outside is installed.
