VACUUM-PACKAGING APPARATUS, AND METHOD FOR WARMING UP VACUUM PUMP IN THE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lubricant oil from deteriorating and prevent rust from occurring inside a vacuum pump when moisture contained in an object to be packaged is mixed into the lubricant oil of the vacuum pump. SOLUTION: The vacuum-packaging apparatus is equipped with a leak circuit for connecting a vacuum pump 5 with an atmosphere during operation of the vacuum pump 5 and a vacuum pump warm-up controller for operating the vacuum pump while opening the leak circuit. The leak circuit comprises, for example, a vacuum valve SV1 attached to an evacuation circuit and an open valve SV2 attached to in an atmosphere open circuit wherein the valves serve as an open/close valve. The leak circuit is equipped with a valve-travel control valve for controlling a pressure at the time of warming up the vacuum pump 5.
