PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally regulate the height of a holding part in a vessel receiving position and a vessel delivering position by constituting an annular cam from a fixed cam part, a horizontal rising and falling cam part, and an intermediate cam part, and raising and lowering the horizontal rising/falling cam part to make the height of the holding part changeable. SOLUTION: An annular cam 32 is provided with a short fixed cam part arranged on a vessel receiving position A side for receiving a vessel 6 from a capper and a substantially semicircular horizontal rising/falling cam part 38 arranged on a vessel delivering position side for delivering the vessel 6 onto a discharge conveyor 16. It is further provided with an intermediate cam part for connecting the fixed cam part to the horizontal rising/falling cam part 38. The horizontal cam part 38 has a circular form substantially extending to half of the circumference, and it is supported by a plurality of mounting bars 42 radially provided on a nut 40 arranged in the center part of a rotator 24 in such a manner as to be capable of rising and falling, and raised and lowered as it is in the horizontal state.
