PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the toe-out tendency of right/left front wheels at the turning time of a vehicle while ensuring the durability of the device, in a steering device in which right/left front wheels are connected to the rack common to them through right/left knucle arms and right/left tie-rods. SOLUTION: A rack 23 is mutually connected to a car body by a link mechanism 32 so that the corresponding connection point 28 in response to the turning outer wheel 11 which stays on the turning outside out of right/left front wheels 11, 11 at the vehicular turning time, out of right/left connection points 28, 28 in which right/left tie-rods 24 and rack are mutually connected, Is turned in a set direction including both of an inside direction component and frontside direction component for the car body, not relating to the steering operation by a driver and by the front/rear force of the turning outer wheel receiving from the road surface. Thereby, the turning outer wheel is steered to the toe-out direction at the vehicular turning time.
