PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a high efficiency in the mounting works by allowing a dovetail to be provisionally attached to the regular position on a car body panel and enhance the adjusting ability without increasing the number of component items by providing vertically and laterally positional adjustability. SOLUTION: In a position apart from a car body panel 5 and confronting a mounted hole 51, a supporting piece 12 is installed on a bracket 1 installed on the rear surface of the body panel 5, and a unit member 2 is installed in such a way as moving along the supporting piece 12, and a bolt 4 is provided to be fastened to a burring 21 formed consolidatedly in the nut member 2 and furnished at the inside surface with female threads to hold a female side dovetail 201 pinchedly on the body panel 5, and a pressing piece 23 to attach the nut member 2 provisionally on the supporting piece 12 using resilient force is formed on the nut member 2.
