PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control a mounting position of a wheel and a spring force of a coil spring. SOLUTION: A suspension device connecting a wheel 4 and a chassis frame 2 is provided with an axle 6 for rotatably supporting the wheel 4; a link mechanism 15 for ascendably/descendably supporting the axle 6 against the chassis frame 2; a coil spring 25 being elongated/shrunk as the axle 6 is raised/fallen against the chassis frame 2; an adjuster rod 31 connected to the axle 6 side by penetrating it through the coil spring 25; a chassis height adjusting nut 32 for pulling up the adjuster rod 31 against the chassis frame 2; and a spring force-adjusting nut 33 for pulling up a lower end of the coil spring 25 against the adjuster rod 31.
