PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method, with which a three-dimensional strut structure comprising a plurality of vertical columns and horizontal bars can be molded into an integral body at a stroke. SOLUTION: When a three-dimensional strut structure, which comprises a plurality of vertical columns T, T,... and horizontal bars Y, Y,... under the state that some parts of these vertical columns T, T,... and horizontal bars Y, Y, cross each other when seen planarly, is molded by employing a fixed mold 50 and a movable mold 40 under the state that these vertical columns and horizontal bars are brought into excursory state so as to position a nearly same plane, sliding cores 20 and 20' are employed at respective spots, at each of which the vertical column and the horizontal bar cross each other. At the surface on the parting line slide of either one of the sliding cores 20 and 20', a recessed part is formed and at its opposite side head part, a recessed part is formed. At this time, a hinge part is simultaneously molded.
