PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divide the same tool installation part into a plurality of angle, and to reduce an error in programming while simplifying the NC working program by selecting a tool installation part and the angle thereof with the surface dividing number. SOLUTION: An NC command processing program 141 calls the processing of a T-code processing program 142. In the T-code processing program 142, in the case where the surface dividing number of the T-code is 02, a turret is turned, and a rotary tool installation part is divided in the horizontal condition at a front surface side. In the case where the surface dividing number of the T-code is not 02 but 04, the turret is turned, and the rotary tool installation part is divided in the vertical condition. In the case where the surface dividing number is not 04 but 06, the turret is turned so as to divide the rotary tool installation part in the opening and closing condition at a back surface side thereof.
