PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a composition for external use, capable of improving skin irritation and transdermal absorption, and having high effect on the amelioration of shoulder stiffness, or the like by including eperisone, tolperisone or their salt along with a blood flow-facilitating ingredient. SOLUTION: This composition for external use is prepared by including (A) 0.1-5.0 wt.% ingredient selected from eperisone, tolperisone or their salt and (B) 0.001-5.0 wt.% blood flow-facilitating ingredient in a weight ratio (the ingredient A/the ingredient B) of preferably [1/(0.001-1.0)] and more preferably [1/(0.01-1.0)]. The ingredient B is e.g. capsaicine, nonylic vanillylamide, a nicotinic acid derivative, arnica, clove, angericae radix, camomile, rice, Swertia japonica, dried orange peel, carrot, garlic or the like. The dosage form of a skin preparation for external use is e.g. liquid medicine, cream, ointment, gel, strap, aerosol, or the like. |
