PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection needle type suturing device capable of sticking the sticking part of the tip of a hollow needle portion without lifting an affected part to be sutured and with natural wrist movement. SOLUTION: In an injection needle type suturing device provided with an injection needle shaped hollow needle portion 1 having a sticking part 1a in its tip, a gripping portion 2 for attaching the base end of the hollow needle portion 1, a thread housing portion 3 provided in the gripping portion 2, and a suturing thread 4, the tip thereof housed in the thread housing portion 3 being passed in the hollow needle portion 1 and led out at the sticking part 1a, the hollow needle portion 1 is bent, and the base end part 1b of the hollow needle portion 1 is attached to the gripping portion 2 so as to be detached in the direction of intersection between the axial center C2 of the base end part 1b and the axial center C1 and so as to be changed in angle around the axial center C2 of the base end part 1b. |
