<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric dust collector capable of stably discharging collected powder without adsorbing generated condensed water in the powder and to provide a stack gas desulfurization process. SOLUTION: This electric dust collector is provided with gutters 3, 4, 5 for recovering the condensed water generated in the inside surface of a casing in the lower part of the inside surface of the casing of the electric dust collector. In this stack gas desulfurization process for introducing a gas containing sulfur oxide and water into a reactor at it is or after cooling, jetting ammonia or ammonia and water to reactor to react the sulfur oxide in the gas with ammonia and convert the reactant to the powder of the ammonium salt and collecting the powder of the ammonium salt with the electric dust collector, the collected powder is stably discharged without absorbing the condensed water generated on the inside surface of the casing into the powder by recovering the condensed water generated on the inside surface of the casing of the electric dust collector with the gutters disposed in the lower part of inside surface 2 of the casing of the electric dust collector 1.</p> |
