PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pull out the opening inside edge of an opening part without contacting/interfering with a grounding part of a tire by forming the tire grounding part in a completely avoidable opening shape in pulling out a device body to the outside from the width directional inside of the tire. SOLUTION: In this device 1, a belt-like device body 3 wound round the outer periphery of a tire has two nonmetallic net constituting pieces 4 juxtaposed in the tire circumferential direction. A tire grounding opening part 10 widely opened in an adjacent interval of both net constituting pieces 4 is formed in a lengthwise directional midway part of this device body 3. An opposed end part 12 of this opening part 10 is composed of a tread corresponding part 13 of a central part, an outside sidewall corresponding part 14 and an inside sidewall corresponding part 15. This outside side wall corresponding part 14 is extendedly formed by accompanying an oblique directional straight line in the inward direction. Thus, an opening edge part can be easily pulled out without contacting/interfering with a tire grounding part.
