PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a prescribed number of stored balls to be supplied by engaging a regulating member with a rotation regulating means at a time point when a regulation interfering means released the regulating means. SOLUTION: Since magnetic force is generated at a magnetic force generating part 70, a second regulating member 59 is attracted to be separated and displaced to a releasing position from a first cam engaging part 73. Then a second ball feeding body 58 rotates receiving ball pressure by stored balls to remove stored balls to the down stream. The stored balls are detected and counted one by one by a lent ball sensor 39 and a detecting signal is outputted to a ball supply control board based on second ball existence detection by the lent ball sensor 39. A ball supply control board receives the second ball detection signal from the lent ball sensor 39 and outputs it to a ball supply board. The ball supply control board receives the second ball detecting signal and outputs a demagnetizing signal to a ball supply drive board to energize and return the second regulating member 59 in the direction to engage with the first cam 62, i.e., to the constraint position.
