PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve washing efficiencies such as reduction in washing time, prevention of falling down during the cleaning of a bathtub by a method wherein a step for scrubbing by means of a brush or sponge brush and a step for dashing hot water or water in the washing are simultaneously performed by one hand. SOLUTION: A detergent-unnecessary material 2 is attached to a cleaning surface of a brush or sponge brush 1 while an impermeable material 3 is attached to a non-cleaning surface of the brush 1, and a recess or a hole 4 is formed between the cleaning surface and the non-cleaning surface. A shower head is put into the recess or hole 4 and an object to be cleaned is washed by one hand, while hot water or water is being delivered.
