PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small wheel crane capable of providing the sufficient comfortability of a cabin without impairing the specification of crane such as the sheave capacity, the minimum revolving radius and a rear end revolving radius, and balancing the weight in the car width direction during the travelling. SOLUTION: A longitudinal turret central line (y) passing a revolving center Ps of a revolving turret 4 for revolvably supporting an upper revolving body comprising a derricking telescopic boom 5 provided on a lower travelling body 2, and capable of storing a jib to be projected forward in the jib work in one of its side surfaces, and comprising a cabin 6 at the other side of this boom 5, is offset in the direction of the cabin 6 to a longitudinally frame central line (x) passing a center in the car width direction of a lower frame.
