PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mark card case made of a synthetic resin that can be marked in a state of a marking type card, as-inserted in the case, being an entry card such as a numeral selection type public lottery or a horse race, a speed boat race, and a bicycle race. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin case includes in a case comprising a main body 1 and a lid 2, a rotation part 7 and a lock part 8 on the main body 1 and lid 2, a cut part 10 partially on the wall part 9 of the main body 1, and also a deeper groove part 12 than the bottom part 11 in the periphery of the cut part 10. This services not only as card accommodation, but also as a desk pad, and enables a card to be marked as-inserted in the mark card case.
