PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart an excellent heat insulative property to a container although it is simple in the structure by winding up an external facing paper on the outer peripheral side of a spacer member. SOLUTION: The bottom of a simple container 15 is closed by a bottom plate 18, and the outer peripheral part of the bottom plate 18 is vertically folded down to form a peripheral wall part 19. The peripheral wall part 19 is put between the lower end of the body of the simple container 15 and a turning-back part 20. Hence, the bottom plate 18 is fitted in the state that the bottom opening of the container 15 is closed. A paper string 24 constituting a spacer member is helically wound on the outer peripheral part of the simple container 15. The winding pitch of the paper string 24 is arranged along the height direction, and after the paper string 24 has been wound thereon, an external facing paper 25 made of a fan-shaped cardboard is wound on the outside. By changing the thickness of the paper string 24, the gap between the external facing paper 25 and the outer peripheral face of the body of the simple container 15 can be freely varied. Hence, an excellent heat-insulation property can be imparted by widening the gap between the both.
