PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unconventional method of eating herring roe by giving an impression that the herring roe can be utilized as a salad, chiefly to a young housewife, and further to extremely enhance the demand of the herring roe by allowing the herring roe to be eaten always tasty through year. SOLUTION: Herring roe 2 which is the one obtained by processing herring's egg capsule is housed together with a seasoning 3 for a salad packed in a container 7 comprising a tray having enough capacity to place and hold the proper number of the herring roes on the top, and a clear lid put on the tray and enabling at least the herring roes to be watched from the outside. The packed seasoning 3 for the salad is arranged so as to occupy a prescribed area in the container so that the seasoning 3 can be observed largely and remarkably from the outside. |
