PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a tape delivered end holdable with fingertips or to make the fingertips placeable on the upper face of the tape delivered end to press it directly to wound material by cutting an adhesive tape, and protruding the tape delivered end from a case body after cutting. SOLUTION: When cutting, a cutting edge operating part 19 is pushed to advance a cutting edge 18 and to hold it in a forward protruding position above a guide roller 3, and a case body 1 is tilted to cut a tape delivered part 8. In this way, the tape delivered end from the position of the cutting edge 17 to the guide roller 3 can be protruded from the case body 1 so as to save time to separate the tape delivered end from a wound adhesive tape with the tips of nails and to hold it with the fingertips or bite it with teeth to deliver it. The tape delivered end can be pressed directly to wound material with a thumb and easily cut with the cutting edge 17 when cutting.
