PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize space required during storage, to easily apply to various products using common specifications, and to easily store in a transporting box. SOLUTION: This packing material with a predetermined folding line is formed by punching out a sheet of panel shape corrugated cardboard in a predetermined shape, and is stored installed extensively with a flexible plastic film sheet 500 on a top face opening part. In packing, two packing members maintaining a folded condition along the folding line are prepared. A product is held by the plastic film sheet part of a pair of the packing materials. The tip end of an adapter member 400 separately formed is inserted in long holes 313, 323, and is stored in a transporting box maintaining the spacing by which and the condition in which the product is held.
