PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily unsealable bag having favorable sealing properties and enabling the unsealing of the bag to be simply performed. SOLUTION: Sealant layers 5A, 5B, each being composed of a mixture of a resin having heat-sealing properties with a material having no heat-sealing properties, are laminated on a pair of sheet-like base material 2A, (2B), respectively. Both the sheet-like base materials are heat-sealed with the respective sealant layers 5A, 5B therebetween. In this case, favorable heat-sealing properties are obtained by the resin having the heat-sealing properties, and the unsealing of a bag can be simply performed owing to the material having no heat-sealing properties, which is mixed with the resin having the heat-sealing properties.
