PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously perform a positioning work and a mounting work by preliminarily providing a locked means on a strut side, preliminarily providing a locking means on a horizontal shielding plate side, and engaging the both to each other. SOLUTION: A rack 1 is provide with longitudinally and laterally stood struts 2, shelf members 3 laterally protruded from the front and rear struts 2, a horizontal shielding plate 4 provided in a specified stage, and a sprinkler head 5 provided in the lower vicinity of the horizontal shielding plate 4 under the shelf members 3. The horizontal shielding plate 4 is formed of an attached member 41 preliminarily mounted on the strut 2 in a factory and an after- attaching member 42. The attached member 41 is situated within the shelf member 3 in a plan view so as not to deteriorate the carrying efficiency from the factory to a construction site. A support part 41b has a lock pin 43 (a locked means provided on the strut) for fixing the after-attaching member 42.
