PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the internal height of a vehicle and ensure the lowest ground height by increasing the distance between the connecting position center of the rear end of a front propeller shaft connected to a transfer and the connecting position center of the tip of a rear propeller shaft. SOLUTION: An engine 16 is inclined by a prescribed angle (about 55 deg.) larger than a general prescribed angle, and a transfer 20 is laid in horizontal state. The height position of the connecting position center 01 of the rear end of a front propeller shaft connected to the transfer 20 is set substantially equal to that of the connecting position center 02 of the tip of a rear propeller shaft, and the front propeller shaft and the rear propeller shaft are arranged in substantially horizontal state. The distance S between the connecting position center 01 of the rear end of the front propeller shaft connected to the transfer 20 and the connecting position center 02 of the tip of the rear propeller shaft is set large, compared with a general one.
