PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko ball passing sensor capable of detecting passing of pachinko balls with good accuracy without malfunction and a ball counter using it, by which the maintenance can be facilitated and the apparatus can be made in a compact size. SOLUTION: In a resin integral molded article comprising a sensor mount base part 31 fitted to a counting lane and a sensor head part 32 projected from the sensor mount base part 31 to face to the interior of the counting lane, the sensor head part 32 is provided with a pachinko ball passing hole 33, and a coil 34 serving as an inductance element of an LC oscillation circuit is embedded to surround the pachinko ball passing hole 33 in the periphery of the hole. A conductor part for external connection is embedded in the sensor mount base part 31.
