PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver's seat for an industrial vehicle allowing a driver to be in a comfortable position in the backward movement of the industrial vehicle while keeping the safety. SOLUTION: In this driver's seat to be loaded on an industrial vehicle 8 having a switching means 81 for switching a forward movement state and a backward movement state of the vehicle, the whole seat can be rotated at least in one of the left and right direction during the driving, and its rotation can be started only when the backward movement state is selected by the switching means 81.
