PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly couple and separate a space craft. SOLUTION: A plurality of magnets 11 are provided on a joining surface 3-1 of a satellite (space craft) 1. A plurality of electromagnets 12 are installed at the position opposite to the magnets 11 on a joining surface 3-2 of a rocket (space craft) 2. A TLM/CMD(telemetry/command) interface device 13 controls the direction and the magnitude of the current running in each of a plurality of electromagnets 12 so as to apply the force of the specified magnitude between the magnets 11 and the electromagnets 12, respectively.
