PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of spot welding traces of a reinforce on a outer panel of a door, to reduce the labor and the cost of manufacturing by eliminating work on the outer panel, and to increase the rigidity of the door at a low cost by using the reinforce for a mounting structure for sideview mirror. SOLUTION: The top and the bottom of a reinforce 14 for mounting a sideview mirror is fixed directly or indirectly to an inner panel 12 of a front door 1. A fixing part 14a is provided between the top and the bottom of the reinforce 14 closely to the rear face of an outer panel 11 with a prescribed space h at a mounting part 15 for the sideview mirror. A base member 51 of the sideview mirror 5 is fixed to the fixing part 14a of the reinforce 14 with a bolt 54 and a nut 6.
