SOLUTION: This finisher comprises a fin 11 having an appropriate form, a shield lip 12 protruding at the peripheral edge of the fin 11 at least excluding its bottom, a hook 13 formed consolidatedly as protruding on the rear surface of the fin 11 in the specified position and hitched at a bracket on the support side, and pawls 14, 14 formed consolidatedly as protruding on the rear surface of the fin 11 under the hook 13 and fitted in a hole in the bracket to prevent the hook 13 from slipping off from the bracket.
