PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a movable X-ray generator of a low cost by simplifying the system on the side of a digital X-ray photographing device. SOLUTION: The movable X-ray generator 21 is formed of a main body 23 with a wheel 22 and a hanging arm 25 provided with an X-ray tube 24 at its tip. The main body 23 is provided with an X-ray control part 26 controlling the tube 24, an exposure button 27 for exposing of X-rays and a user interface 28 for inputting a user-set value through a keyboard. An examinee step S is mounted on a digital X-ray picture collecting device 29 and this is connected to a picture collection control interface 30, an interface for receiving a picture 31 and an interface for supplying power 32 provided at the main body 23 through a cable to be connectable by once operation. The main body 23 incorporates a hard disk 33 for collecting pictures from the device 29 to retain it, a picture processing part 34, a picture display control part 35, a picture display part 36, a picture display controlling interface 37, a network interface 38, and a control managing part 39 managing the whole of the generator 21.
