PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure, lessen the power consumption, and avoid certainly such troubles that two clutches are simultaneously engaged or coupled or that the hydraulic force is applied to the clutch on the opposite side to the intended one. SOLUTION: A first output oil passage 38a and second output oil passage 38b are put in communication with an input oil passage 37 leading from an oil pressure source 34 and fitted with a first 41a and a second control valve 41b, respectively, to change the working oil pressure in accordance with the output signal given by a transmission control device (TCU), and there two selector valves are installed, i.e., a first selector valve 42 to shut off the input oil passage 37 at actuation with the first working oil pressure generated through a first sensing oil passage 39a which is connected with the first output oil passage 38a in such a way as capable of being shut off and a second selector valve 43 to put the first sensing oil passage 39a in communication from the first output oil passage 38a to the first selector valve 42 at actuation with the second working oil pressure generated through the second sensing oil passage 39b connected with the second output oil passage 38b.
