PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working environment to reduce melting and holding energy, to miniaturize the whole device to reduce equipment cost and running cost and to facilitate the restraint of oxide of a metallic material to obtain a high quality cast product. SOLUTION: The pellet-like metallic material 17 held in a hopper 31 is formed as the molten/half-molten state by rotating a screw 19 and fed into a housing 35 in a piston type pump 25 at the front part. The metallic material 27 held into the housing 35 is spouted and supplied into an injection sleeve 11 communicated with a die cavity 9 from a molten metal spouting nozzle 45 through a molten metal spouting passage 41 by lowering the piston 39.
