PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the number of discharged balls based on actually discharged Pachinko balls and, when the number of actually discharged balls is smaller, to enable the difference to be newly supplied. SOLUTION: A second discharged ball detecting means 6 to directly detect Pachinko balls passing through a discharge passage 5 is equipped on the discharge passage 5 through which Pachinko balls discharged from a ball discharging device 2 flow down. When the number of ball supply is set on a supply controller 4, the discharge of balls is monitored by a first discharged ball detecting means 3 and a second discharged ball detecting means 6 and the supply of Pachinko balls is finished on a condition that the first number of discharged balls detected by the first discharged ball detecting means 3 reached the number of ball supply and the second number of discharged balls detected by the second discharged ball detecting means 6 reached the number of ball supply. When the second number of discharged balls did not reach the number of ball supply, the lack of balls is set again as a new number of ball supply on the supply controller 4.
