PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute sucking operation at need in parallel with executing endoscope examination while injecting physiological saline, etc., into an internal organ by using a small-diameter endoscope to be used for general purposes. SOLUTION: A second external connecting tube 20 to be connected to an external water feeding tank is disposed at a switching operation valve 10 freely attachably/detachably fitted to a cylinder 4 projectingly provided with an external connecting tube 6 and a suction tube is connected to the pipe 6 projectingly disposed at the cylinder 4. Thus, in a stand-by state, only the pipe 20 communicates with a channel 3 to feed water through the channel 3 and by operating the valve 10, only the pipe 6 projectingly disposed at the cylinder 4 communicates with the channel 3 to execute suction. |
