PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply decide whether a card is forged or altered or not according to a color change, by incorporating a temperature indicating pigment for generating a color change according to a temperature change in truth or falsehood deciding layers formed on a card base material. SOLUTION: Since truth or falsehood deciding layers 12a, 12b each has ground patterns printed by a temperature indicating ink, when they are retained by fingers to be warmed, its color is changed. Accordingly, its forgery can be simply decided. The ink of the layers 12a, 12b contains a pigment of a microcapsule. When the layers are forcibly released, the microcapsule is destroyed impossibly to reform. Whether the card is altered or not can be easily decided according to whether there is the destroy or not. Particularly, since a protective layer 14a is heat sealed, a part of the ground pattern is adhered to a card base material 11 and hence cannot be altered even if the layer 14a is peeled.
