PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately obtain a printed matter printed in a desired print type and with a name by displaying a print type selection guidance on a display screen and operating to select the desired print type according to the guidance through a selection operation part. SOLUTION: A control part 1 including a CPU controls the whole of the apparatus. A CRT device 2 displays a guidance, Japanese alphabets, Chinese characters and the like. A customer or a person in charge at a shop operates an input part 3 to select a name, a note title or the like while looking at a screen of the CRT device 2. In this constitution, simply by sequentially operating the input part according to various kinds of guidance and menu displayed to the CRT device 2, a printed matter in a form of a print type desired by the customer and with an optionally input name can be obtained immediately. Since the printed matter can be repeatedly printed and issued the same by a plurality of number of sheets, the customer can obtain the plurality of printed matters simultaneously.
