PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bed soring while always keeping a futon mat dry by arranging numerous wood round bars side by side on a plywood made of wood to be securely clamped by wood screws while numerous through vent holes are arranged in parallel on the same wood-made plywood to prevent moisture from being contained into the undersurface of the futon mat. SOLUTION: Numerous wood round bars 3 are arranged side by side on a relatively thick plywood 1 made from a natural tree while numerous through vent holes 2 are arranged in parallel between the wood round bars 3. An antibacterial agent is scattered over the undersurface of the plywood 1 while an adhesive is applied thereon and then, wood screws are screwed down to securely clamp the wood round bars 3. The mattress thus formed is too heavy in one piece and so is divided equally into three parts, for instance, to facilitate carrying or the like. As a result, air passes freely horizontally through a space between the wood round bars 3 while doing so vertically through the through vent holes 2. This enable accurately escaping of moisture from a floor surface or the like thereby keeping a futon mat constantly dry. |
