<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work distribution simulation method for a production line to the work efficiency of each spot weld gun when processing of respective spot weld dottings is distributed to respective spot weld guns and besides clarify a cause due to which work efficiency is lowered. SOLUTION: When a weld robot is assigned at a step S3, spot welding dotting on a work is allotted to each of assigned weld robots at a step S5. In this allotment, a processing time spent when the allotted spot weld dotting is processed by a spot weld gun mounted on a weld robot is allotted is estimated. Consecutively, a ratio of an estimated processing time to a maximum work time set at a work station, i.e., a tact time, is calculated at a step S6. As a result, an operation rate of each spot weld gun is clarified.</p> |
