PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate a heat medium without using a battery and to improve thermal efficiency by providing a heat-electricity conversion means receiving the heat of a combustion means on a high-temperature side face and generating thermo-electromotive force with the temperature difference between the high-temperature side face and a low-temperature side face, and driving a heat medium forced circulation means with the electricity generated by the heat-electricity conversion means. SOLUTION: When a starting lever 18 is pulled to open an opening/closing valve 8, the fuel in an fuel tank 6 is injected from a fuel injection nozzle 2. This injected fuel sucks the combustion air guided from an intake port 3 to form an air-fuel mixture, and it is fed into a combustion means 1. A piezoelectric element 9 is knocked by the action of the starting lever 18, a spark is generated by an ignition means 5, and the air-fuel mixture in the combustion means 1 is ignited. The heat of the combustion exhaust gas from the combustion means 1 is transferred to the high-temperature side face 15 of a heat-electricity conversion means 11 via a heat receiving body, and electromotive force is generated by the temperature difference between the high-temperature side face 15 and a low-temperature side face 16. A heat medium forced circulation means 12 is driven by this electromotive force, a heat medium is fed to a radiation means 14 to radiate heat, and the surrounding is heated.
