PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary washing machine which has excellent durability and usability and can easily wash even a vertical surface. SOLUTION: The rotary washing machine 1 includes a grip shaft 10 connected to a shower hose 2, a washing head 20 connected to the shaft 10, and a brush 40 connected to the head 20. The shaft 10 is rotatably connected to the head 20 through an attachment 15 and a spindle. A water channel hole of the shaft 10 communicate with a nozzle through a main hole of the supporting axis, a flow-out hole, a groove, and a water channel hole of a nozzle ring. The attachment 15 is fixed to the shaft 10, and a ball-latch type fixing mechanism is provided between the head 20 and the attachment 15 to fix the orientation of the head 20.
